On May 12 at 8:00 p.m. ET, all AGMA Staging Staff Members have the opportunity to attend a Staging Staff Caucus presentation and discussion. This event will focus on the intricacies of contract negotiations. Attendees will gain insight into the negotiation process, including participation and strategies for success.

Leading the presentation, AGMA’s Director of Collective Bargaining Tracy Jones and AGMA Senior Counsel Allison Beck will explore several crucial topics. Their discussion will cover negotiation best practices, comparisons between contracts from different companies, and strategies for sustaining solidarity campaigns. Attendees will also learn about handling negotiation deadlocks and tools for collaborative negotiation. The event aims to demystify common negotiation terms, ensuring everyone can engage in the conversation.
