The NFL Players Association (NFLPA) has announced its official charitable partners for the 2025-26 period. The six selected non-profit organizations are Barbershop Books Inc., Beyond Sport Foundation, Men’s Health Network, Operation Homefront, 4Kira4Moms, and The New Commonwealth Fund.

The NFLPA Charitable Partner program acknowledges organizations that make a positive impact in their communities and benefit the player membership and staff. This initiative is part of the NFLPA’s efforts to work with youth, wellness, men’s health, military, women’s health, and social justice organizations to further their causes.

Each organization will receive a $25,000 grant from the NFLPA to support programs aligned with the union’s core values. “The NFL Players Association remains steadfast in our mission to uplift and support the communities that stand behind our players,” said NFLPA Executive Director Lloyd Howell. “By partnering with impactful organizations, we not only help deliver critical resources where they’re needed most but also reflect the values our players live by every day—leadership, service and unity. It’s a privilege to join forces in creating lasting change beyond the field.”

In February, the application process was opened to charitable organizations focusing on one of these pillars and existing for at least five years. After reviewing proposals outlining how grants would assist them and their beneficiaries, these six organizations were chosen:

Barbershop Books aims to inspire Black boys and other vulnerable children to read through community-based programming.

Beyond Sport invests in communities through sport by providing funding and collaboration opportunities.

Men’s Health Network focuses on reaching men and families with health awareness messages.

Operation Homefront supports military families to ensure they thrive in their communities.

4Kira4Moms advocates for improved maternal healthcare addressing Black maternal mortality.

The New Commonwealth Fund seeks to reshape philanthropy by supporting leadership from those closest to solutions.

Throughout this partnership until May 31, 2026, each non-profit will engage with active and former players through volunteer opportunities, initiatives with shared goals, memorabilia requests for fundraisers, special events attendance throughout the year among other activities.
