NALC expresses sorrow over Congressman Gerry Connolly’s passing

The National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) has expressed sorrow over the death of Congressman Gerry Connolly. NALC President Brian L. Renfroe released a statement highlighting Connolly’s dedication to supporting letter carriers and federal employees.

“Congressman Connolly was a true champion for letter carriers and all federal employees,” said Renfroe. “He was a strong leader who always fought to protect letter carriers and the Postal Service. We appreciate his years of unwavering fight, and we send our sincerest condolences to his family.”

Connolly was recognized for his commitment to safeguarding the interests of postal workers throughout his career.
