Local lodges preparing to participate in the 2025 Industrial Sector Operations Conference in Las Vegas are encouraged to register by June 13 to ensure accommodations at the group-negotiated rate. Scheduled from July 30 through August 1 at Caesars Palace, the conference will feature plenary sessions, workshops, industry caucuses, special training sessions, and an exhibit area.
“Registration for the conference must be made online at boilermakers.org/iso2025,” requiring each attendee to complete an individual registration. Hotel reservations can be made through a link on the conference website or by calling 1-866-277-5944 with the reference “2025 Industrial Sector Operations (ISO) Conference” and group code SCISO5.
The International Brotherhood of Boilermakers (IBB) has requested that delegates limit themselves to one hotel reservation each to ensure all delegates benefit from the special rate.
Local lodges will cover all transportation, hotel, and per-diem expenses for their representatives. Participation is expected from all Industrial Sector local lodges and Construction Sector lodges representing Industrial Sector members, unless financial constraints are an issue.
The agenda for the conference will be updated on the official website as session topics, instructors, and keynote speakers are finalized. Tentative topics include local lodge representation, external and internal organizing, bookkeeping, pension, safety, legislative issues, and industry-specific topics.
