The Hawaiʻi State Teachers Association has announced a new initiative in collaboration with 2Revolutions and Spalding University. This initiative presents a mentoring certificate program designed to assist educators in enhancing their skills as coaches and leaders among their peers.
The program features five virtual courses and will commence in June, extending through to January 2026. Educators participating in this program will receive 15 credits, fulfilling the criteria for reclassification and allowing progression towards a Master’s in Education in Learner-Centered Practices.
