All articles from the January/February 2025 issue of Foundation Action are now available online. The latest edition features several stories on labor and union-related issues across various sectors in the United States.

One of the highlighted stories involves graduate students from Dartmouth, MIT, and Vanderbilt who are challenging forced unionism practices. Another article covers Chicago 911 operators securing another victory under the Janus decision against the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW).

In Philadelphia, manufacturing employees have reportedly triumphed over an intimidation campaign by the United Auto Workers (UAW). Meanwhile, New York farmworkers are seeking to challenge ‘card check’ procedures and remove United Farm Workers (UFW) union leaders.

The newsletter also reports that security guards in Michigan have overwhelmingly voted to end what they describe as “union bosses’ forced-dues power.” Additionally, an Austin worker has filed a fifth lawsuit supported by the Foundation, arguing that the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) violates the U.S. Constitution.
