CSX Corporation reaches tentative agreement with Boilermakers on collective bargaining

CSX Corporation has announced a tentative five-year collective bargaining agreement with the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers. This agreement encompasses 59 union members within CSX, awaiting ratification.

So far, CSX has ratified agreements with 11 labor unions, covering 14 work groups, which account for 47% of its unionized workforce. These deals include enhancements in wages, healthcare, and paid time off. The company stated its ongoing commitment to reaching similar agreements with other unions.
