Boilermakers union honors members with service awards across multiple locations

The Boilermakers union has recently recognized the continuous service of its members by awarding service pins. These awards, as reported by local lodge leadership, honor members for their years of dedication.

In Chicago’s Local 1, Edward Downs was acknowledged for 50 years of service. Others recognized include Kevin Brogan and several others for 45 years, Richard Talty for 35 years, James Schremp for 30 years, Joseph Bogusz and others for 25 years, and Nicholas Lowman for 20 years.

Local 5 in New York honored William M. Cole and Bert McCormick with a 30-year pin. David M. Spencer received a pin for his 25-year commitment, while Joseph Ramundo was recognized for two decades of service.

Elizabethtown KY’s Local 40 celebrated Lloyd A. Remington’s impressive milestone of 75 years. Eugene Arnold and others were honored for over six decades, while numerous other members received recognition ranging from five to fifty-five-year pins.

In Peoria IL’s Local 60, James Miskell marked his six-decade membership. Jack Cooper was awarded a pin representing his commitment over the past five-and-a-half decades.

Kansas City MO’s Local 83 awarded Ralph B. Hoffman among others with a golden anniversary pin marking half a century with the union. Several other long-serving members received pins commemorating milestones ranging from fifteen to forty-five years.

Birmingham AL’s Local 108 recognized John W. Keith along with Dennis W. Pierce and Stanley L. White for their quarter-century tenure.

Belleville IL’s Local 363 celebrated Thomas E. Brown among others reaching sixty years in the union, with additional honors distributed to those serving from fifteen to fifty-five years.

Minneapolis’ Local 647 highlighted George W. Shilts’ sixty-year membership alongside various recognitions across different tenures including Michael C. Bailey who marked forty-five years.

Charlevoix MI’s Local D480 awarded Thomas Zipp and Chad Diss with twenty-five-year pins among others receiving accolades ranging from ten to twenty-five year memberships.
