The Boilermakers union has ratified a five-year agreement with Union Pacific, securing the approval of 79% of its members. The union also finalized agreements with CSX and the National Carriers’ Conference Committee (NCCC).
The contract with Union Pacific includes annual wage increases, additional vacation time earlier in workers’ careers, and improvements to health care benefits.
