On May 2, 2025, the ATDA Keolis members from the MBCR System voted to approve a new Collective Bargaining Agreement. The new agreement received overwhelming support, with 95 percent of the votes in favor. The agreement will result in significant benefits for members, including increased wages, additional paid time off, and enhanced flexibility in using leave time entitlements.

The wage increase stipulated by the agreement includes a five percent raise per year for each year of the agreement, retroactive to July 1, 2023. Furthermore, an additional two-dollar per hour increase will be implemented after the final five percent raise takes effect on June 15, 2027. The cumulative effect will lead to a compounded 32.15 percent increase in pay for ATDA members on the property.

Additional benefits under the agreement include three more paid sick days, which are to be treated as excused absences. Members will also be allowed to use up to two weeks of vacation time in daily increments. The agreement also enhances bereavement leave and improves the leave of absence process.

Barry Cross, ATDA Vice President, commented on the new agreement, stating, “Our Keolis Members have spoken. This Agreement was long in the making. I am pleased with the outcome and happy that our Keolis brothers and sisters will receive some well-deserved improvements.”
